Every year, we recognize exceptional individuals who have excelled in various areas of their work. Our awards include Warehouse Worker of the Year, Salesperson of the Year, Area Manager of the Year, and Driver of the Year. The Salesperson of the Year award considers factors such as volume increase, space/taps gained, and incremental displays and features. The Area Manager of the Year award is granted to the manager with the highest distribution across target items and volume increase in independent stores. The top Warehouse Worker is decided by attendance, speed, accuracy, and safety. Lastly, the Driver of the Year award takes into account attendance, number of check-up errors, and volume increase.
