Each year, the York County Annual Claw & Paw Scholarship Tournament raises money to provide York County high school seniors with scholarships to Clemson University and the University of South Carolina. Winners are chosen from applicants who submit essays with their future goals and reasons for furthering their education.
We sponsor the Claw & Paw tournament every year – and Chip Comer plays in it every year. The tournament pits teams representing USC vs teams representing Clemson. In 2014, 4 scholarships will be awarded – 2 to Clemson and 2 to USC. Find out more at yorkcountyclawandpaw.com.
